1. Real installs

Fitting equipment reveals what a spec sheet can't — build quality, serviceability, and the design decisions that matter once it's in a wall or a basement.

2. Field service

Repairs show what actually fails, how hard it is to fix, and what ownership really costs over years.

3. Compared in the real world

We weigh reliability, support, parts availability, efficiency and total ownership value — not just the headline number.

4. Would I put it in my own house?

The final test. If I wouldn't choose it for my own home, it doesn't get recommended.
